This program is released and regulated by the government as the result of the government’s planning to develop human resources in Indonesia. Breastfeeding, however, is a wonderful for a mother as well as her baby. A mother will also gain a lot of benefits if she give her child a breastfeeding. Here are some cons that you get if you give breastfeeding to your baby:

1. Get good hormone
There are a lot of mother who feels happier when they do breastfeeding. This kind of feeling is probably caused by prolactin and oxytocin. Many researchers show that prolactin is the hormone that helps a mother to produce a milk and plays important roles to regulate the immune systems. Similarly, oxytocin is a hormone that plays important roles to return the uterus to its normal size and strengthen the bond between a mother and her baby. This hormone can be produced through the stimulation of nipple which is done when the mother breastfeeds her baby, resulting a strong sense of love between the mother and the baby.

2. Get faster recovery
Most of the mothers who have just born their babies may get pain and need the recovery. The hormon of oxytocin which is produced in breastfeeding will help them to get recovery faster because the hormon will return the size of the uterus to the initial size.

3. Reduce the risk of ovarian cancer in later time
Ovarian cancer is one of the most daunting cancer for most woman all around the world. There many women who suffer from ovarian cancer. The American Cancer Society, this kind of cancer is the eight common cancer for women in all around the United States. In fact, many studies argue that women who breastfeed their babies have the lower risk of ovarian cancer .
